I’ve been issued a refund but it’s not in my paypal account

Customer Support have refunded on some small items I bought which were not as described.

 

I have checked my paypal account over the last 3 days and there is nothing in there relating to the refunds.

 

Have I given it enough time?  If so, what should I do next/who should I contact?
