I bought something that arrived damaged, seller arranged collection themselves then I never heard back about refund so escalated, over 3 days passed so contacted customer support by phone who took about a hour back and forth between departments to get through to a native English speaker who agreed tracking showed delivery and I would get a refund straight away.
Got an email this morning from Ebay stating that despite tracking showing delivery it does not show the address and I must provide receipts to show it was sent to correct address!
I cannot do this as when courier collected they never left me a receipt just made me sign for it I only got tracking number from contact ing the seller,
What a farcical situation!
What can I do?
