why do some sellers pretend they know nothing about a product not being received

,they know nothing, even when a case has already been opened!!Such sellers then will leave sarcastic messages when they receive negative feedback from the buyer. Customer care should be top of the list for any seller. EBay should be more robust in weeding out the sellers who use these tactics, its unprofessional and puts buyers off. Bad sellers will stall and stall, asking for you to be patient, however, some still won’t fulfil the order!! Read other buyer feedback first before trusting the seller, paying attention to negative feedback left. A bad buying experience happens to all of us, but don’t put up with sarcastic,nasty comments from sellers who you’ve left negative feedback for. Report it to eBay.
