I sold a small toy item on a BIN listing set as UK buyers only. got a message from the buyer asking how much postage would cost to finland. My listing was set as only post to the UK. I checked their user profle location, it’s was listed as the UK but the postage address was finland.
So I replied asking them for their UK address… no reply and no payment. Also I have checked their user profile, and their location which now is stated as Finland, they changed it!
I don’t know if I should open a Non payment case, as if she does pay I would have to post to her, in finland, for the same postage etc as uk. and I don’t post to the EU. How can this buyer get away with using a different location? Should I open a case or some other way, like report to ebay?
