Hi. A seller informed me that the item I won was damaged so didn’t ship. They issued a refund, but I’ve just noticed it is about $10 short of the original cost + shipping (seller tried to have me pay their fees previously). Where do I go to get process started to get this back?
Also, seller and ebay/PayPal have sent mails to request me to confirm acceptance of cancellation request and asked me to ‘respond’ or this will be auto by 22nd July. But when I try to click ‘respond’ I get something like ‘info you request is currently unavailable’. Wherever I go to try to ‘respond’ there doesn’t seem to be a way that I can.
