A Case opened against me for a collected item

Hi

I recently sold an item (golf stand bag) that was collected in person by the buyer and paid for in cash!  he later opened a case against me as ‘Item not as described’ and now wants to return for a refund!  he is claiming there was a fault on one of the zips that i genuinly was not aware of, the item was in good condition when i listed it and took plenty pictures aswell –

iam new to ebay and was hoping for some advice on the opened case against me, will or can ebay make me refund him?
