So got scammed by a seller, who advertised newer version of a product than was actually supplied.
I opened a case, seller agreed to a refund on the condition I return the item. I didn’t agree to this at first because I didn’t think it was fair that I had to return the item at my own expense, clearly the seller was trying to sell old stock off, passing it off as the newer product.
Eventually the seller agreed to refund the postage (fully documented in the case), so I returned the item.
Seller has now refuned the purchase price but NOT the postage as agreed and the case has been closed without my consent
How do I get the case re-opned and escalated to customer support ?
