Seller cancels transaction without ‘good’ reason

Hi. All the help FAOs seem to be based around when a buyer wants to cancel a transaction after buying, but I ‘bought’ an item, but the SELLER then wanted to ‘cancel the transaction’ without, in my opinion, offering a valid reason. Perhaps simply decided they’d made a mistake on the ‘buy-it-now’ price, I’m not sure.

In the Resolution I declined the seller’s ‘offer the cancel’, but since then, nothing, what do I do now?

I forgot to add – I haven’t actually paid for the item, it was on a ‘pay cash when picking-up’ basis, but I still want it for the ‘buy-it-now’ price I thought I’d bought it for.
