Unbelievable Terms & Conditions of sale

I was looking back through some posts I’d made on a Land Rover forum and, on a thread about a strange ‘homemade’ Land Rover for sale on eBay, there was a link to the seller’s ‘About Me’ page, which is just unbelievable. I’m sure that I’m not allowed to post a link to the ‘About Me’ page in question (which is still available) – but, here’s a cut’n’paste of the content – “ALL DESCRIPTIONS OF ITEMS ARE FOR SALES PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE IN RESPECT OF ONE PARTICULAR ITEM,IN CONDITION,QUALITY OR FIT FOR THE USE OF. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS DISPOSAL/SCRAP/SALVAGE. NO CREDIT CARD REFUNDS ARE TOLERATED NO PAYPAL REFUNDS ARE TOLERATED. IT IS BUYERS RESPONSABILITY TO ENSURE THE ITEMS ARE SUITABLE FOR THEIR NEEDS AS NO REFUNDS WHAT SO EVER WILL BE TOLERATED.
