We Sold Item on ebay, Customer recived item and send message to us item is faulty we need to return, 

 

We say yes you retunr item we check out and we give full refund, 

 

Now recived item, but is not our item we sold on ebay, Cutomer open case, and ebay give full refund, 

 

We offer ebay we have proff, is wrong item, still ebay not support to seller, 

 

Now We loos item, Money and Nagative feed back, What we can do now ?

 

If ebay supporting Fraud customer, is not right place to do businees,
