I’m getting to dread opening ebay messages, unaccompanied by “1 item with best offer”.
Wake this morning to an INR case – no previous contact, posted on 17th July. Of course I have PoP but no tracking.
I’m not worried about the refund £7.75 but of course, the defect that comes with this case.
Is there anyway of avoiding a defect in an INR without tracking. Issuing a refund will close the case and gain a defect. Is there any way of resolving, escalating and winning the case with the buyer also getting a refund?
It’s not these defects that are hurting me but old ones from “old rules” (cases), before ebay changed the goalposts. Absolute nightmare!
