I have recenly sold an i pod 5th generation. It was slighlty over 1 years old but was in great condition. The customer came back to me and said she noticed a scratch on the cover and wanted a partial refund for her to replace the cover which i gave her. Now another two weeks later she has obviously used the ipod and now claims the home button has sunken. She claims she never got the cover fixed. She has put the dispute as ‘item not as described’ but was fully working when it was received. Even if i gave her a refund, the item wont be returned to me in the same state as it was sent as the button has now broken. Has anyone else had a situation like this that could help?
