I recently ordered a computer from a reputable online source. They sent me the invoice for it but when I tried to pay I recieved the following message [We’re sorry, but we can’t send your payment right now] as well as the heading [Error-Invoice details].
As I normally don’t keep any money in the paypal wallet I thought it might just require it to be there instead of coming from my debit card so I transfered the required funds plus some to my paypal wallet and after the 3-5 business days required once again tried to pay the invoice. Once again I recieved the same message.
I contacted the company and they re-sent the invoice. However this failed to solve the problem. At this state both myself and the company are at a loss as to what needs be done. Any help would be apreciated.
