Global Shipping Program Tracking Info

I just sold an item to a buyer in the UK using the global shipping program.  I’ve printed out the shipping label to KY and was provided with 2 tracking numbers – a domestic and a global.  On paypal, it says payment was received and it’s ok to ship – I guess it doesn’t automatically change to “shipped” like a regular sale does.   I want to change that to “shipped” and it asks me to enter a tracking number.  Which one do I enter?  The domestic one or the global one?  Or is this the wrong thing to do altogether?
