Paypal does a great job at producing a site that does not function and support cannot be reached. I get an email that says
“December account statement is available.
To access your statement quickly and easily, just login to your account, select the activity tab and click download.”
I try to follow the instructions and there is no DOWNLOAD link to click. I try to contact Paypal and the email contact form is cleverly designed to have nothing related ot my problem and nothing related to OTHER.
Great job paypal. Another worthless waste of time for the high commission I’m paying.
