Trouble recieving payment from buyer

My buyer is recieving a prompt stating “We can’t complete this transaction. The recipient has exceeded the recieving limit and must provide more information to lift the limit.” I am not sure what that means. When I access my account I am seeing no prompts for more needed information. Just a $0.00 balance and the ledger of my previous balances. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!!
