Possibly not a very original post but astounded to find a resolution centre return (poorly described item) case closed in the sellers favour, presumably because Royal Mail lost, stole or neglected to get a signature for this £40 “being progressed through our network for delivery” item. Ebay (almost-unintelligible) call centre not budging on their policy.
