Positive Feedback left then claims not received item

Hello

Just a quick question and ideas on how people would handle this.  I had a buyer who a few days after purchase left positive feedback saying item was excellent and everything great.  Now a month later they have claimed that they never received the item and in fact the feedback was left by mistake.  No case has been opened yet but just wondered how people would play this out.
