Best thing to do about this feedback/defect?

Recently I sold an item internationally to Malta, Europe from Thailand.


The shipping in the desc. shows delivery 15-30 days for Malta and most of Europe.


I got a neutral feedback and defect : ‘Website states that item is delivered between 3-6days, and I got it after 22day.’


Obviously this is wrong, but what should I do? Should I reply or get on to CS and appeal it?


I’m just hoping as this is clearly untrue, nowhere does it say 3-6 days and the shipping times are clearly stated in the listing, that eBay will do the right thing.
