Non payer

ive got a second non payer on a pushchair. This time though the buyer got in touch to ask how I wanted payment and my address. I’m worried now as I gave the address and payment preference but I’ve heard nothing since. It’s been 2 days and she’s ignored my message to chase payment and clarify when she would collect.

Should I open a resolution case? Im worried to do this as she’s got my address and phone number!
