Cant send money or use my credit? No responses to emails help.

Having an issue, if I try to send money or pay and invoice I get an error saying “You must add funds to the account” If I try to send it instead I get “We cant process your payment right now if the error continues please contact customer support”

 

 I have a 2,400 credit line, and money in my account and everytime I try to use my credit I get some email saying it was declined. I’m fully verified and very hard of hearing and im frustrated like heck. 

 

 Im trying to pay bills and buy things I need and nothing im doing is working. Needless to say im a little upset. 

 

 If anybody has any suggestions or a way to get the email team to respond that would be great. Could I have my wife or kids call for me I just need help.
