Automatic Dispute.

After I ordered something from an e-shop a few days ago, Paypal automatically raised a dispute because of “suspicious activity”. 


I immediately followed the steps to resolve this, yet my order is still disputed now, saying Paypal is “awaiting response from seller”.


I contacted the seller and they said they couldn’t do anything until I resolve the dispute. They weren’t even able to cancel my order so I could reorder.


All the while, Paypal is holding the money I payed, including the extra for fast delivery.


Now is not only the question how I should resolve this dispute in a timely fashion, also is there any way to recover the extra costs I payed for the product to already be here without Paypal raising a dispute?
