“receiving limit”

Someone who is trying to pay me received this message.( I’ve used my paypal account for years and this has never happened.)


We can’t complete this transaction. The recipient has exceeded the receiving limit and must provide more information to lift the limit.”


What does this mean and how do I solve this problem? I don’t have a phone right now and am trying to solve this as quickly as possible.










Also, thanks Paypal for the ambiguity and making this difficult and frustrating.
