My account access limited?

 Hello, i have confirmed my identity, but it keeps saying “We need a little bit more information about some money you recently received or withdrew.” how do i go by doing this? it shows no steps, it just takes me too my “History” page. it does say “Invalid or missing transaction ID. Please select again.” but again, no steps… it also says my account is limited (i knew that) when i click “Learn how to remove this limitation” it takes me to the “Resolution Center” and it provides no info on what to do. So if anyone can help, please do!
