Recurring payment skipped as well as failed payments for existing and new payment profiles!!!

This is just ridicilous that we pay for a service and its failes to work. I sent an email through the support page and have not even heard back except an automated responce!!!!



We are geeting “Recurring payment skipped” and “Recurring payment failed” this is like the most reoccuring theme with Paypal. We ahve trolled through, spending hours on IPN debug and everything, what can we do to minimise this.


We were told that the customer cards were failing but customers ahve been in touch with their banks and there has been no attempt to charge their cards!!
