I placed a withdrawal of funds $ 1000 (net amount $ 995) from PayPal account to my Visa Credit Card on February 23, 2016. Several days passed, I did not get the money into my card. I asked PayPal what happened to this withdrawal, they told me to wait for 14 days, then again I contacted them after 14 days, they told me to wait for 30 days. After 30 days over, I contacted them, they gave me Trace Number to show to my Card issuer bank, then they will find out. I contacted my bank and gave this Trace Number. They told me they do not recognize these numbers. They bluntly told me that we have not received any payapl funds to your credit card. We are helpless; you contact your Service Provider – Paypal. Since then I am contacting PayPal, every time I need to explain my case, everyone talks very sweet, but at the end of the zero result. Finally, PayPal wrote to that they cannot do anything in this regard, they asked me to communicate to my card issuer again and again. This is their last message:
We are unable to do further trace on your funds at this time. Please continue to communicate with your card issuer as they are the best person who can help resolve the issue.
Pray tell me how I will get my money back? Whom should I contact now? Please look into this matter; it is 3 months and 3 weeks over now. I have been patiently waiting all these days. I have written more than twenty letters to PayPal and talked to their Representative a dozen times, and I have sent several messages to my Saudi British banker SABB, who issued my Visa Card issuer and talked to them more than a dozen times. WHAT ELSE YOU WANT ME TO DO TO GET BACK MY MONEY?
PAYPAL SAYS THE WITHDRAWAL WAS SUCCESSFULL BUT THEY BANK SAYS THEY DID NOT GET ANY FUND FROM PAYPAL TO MY CREDIT CARD.
I EARNESTLY APPEAL TO EVERYONE TO GUIDE ME HOW I CAN GET BACK MY MONEY.
