Can’t accept payment because I’m “unverified”, even though I already am?



I recently recieved two payments but was unable to accept them because I was “unverified” at the time. That’s strange, considering I was able to take payments before without it.


Nevertheless, I got verified a few days ago by linking my bank account (AND my credit card was already linked prior), but when I click on “accept” to get the payment it brings me to the “You must be a Verified member to accept this payment” screen. Why can’t I accept it? My email is also confirmed, & I also tried confirming another email (also didn’t do anything).
