Payment recieved not appearing in balance, It shows Completed Though

I recieved a paymnet last yesterday . It shows completed ,but the paypal account balance shows zero balance .I did talk to the customer services 3 times in a span of 15 hours. In the First call the agebnt told me that i need to contact my bank and disconnected the call . I called up again after 2 hours , This time the agent told me that i need to wait 1 or 2 hours. i called up again in the morning

this time the agent said this is a global issue and our team of engineer are trying to fix this. it might take 24 hours more..To be very honest with you gys , I dont trust your customer service as i got three differnt answer on differnt occasion.


Could some body in this forum help me ?
