Client selected goods instead of service for digital commission

I know many warnings towards artist on digital commissions should request clients to select Service when paying, but a client of mine didn’t and I didn’t notice until recently long after I sent their digital copies. It’s been over a week after completing payment.

Is there a way we can avoid doing a refund and resend?

They aren’t sure on how to confirm recieved “goods” as well and not sure on how to google this for answers haha… One friend said they ignore it while another said they were scammed out of payment too often to not be careful.
