Can’t get my money back from the seller


I bought an item from this website and they have already took my money when I cancel the order. I misclicked at first to report this as an unauthorized order which prevented me from disputing this order to reclaim my money. 


I purchased this item on September 12, 2016 and later cancelled it, but they still manage to get a hold of my money. The question is, according to the consumer law, the money should only go into the account of the seller when they shipped the item. This company hasn’t even shipped my item and they have already took my money. And now I can’t even file a dispute. I called PayPal and I email PayPal, they are by far the worst service I have ever receive, calling PayPal leads me to an automate speaking person who couldn’t even do anything when I tried to file a dispute and all it says is that “There is no such payment”. I emailed PayPal and they only copy and paste whatever FAQ that is needed. 


Is there anyone that really work in PayPal that can answer my question directly. I have been working on this thing for 4 days already. Come on PayPal. You can do better than this. 


I am not trying to tarnish the reputation of PayPal but it is just so frustrating you know having receive no response from both sides. I even emailed the seller and hasn’t receive any reply.
