refund under Ebay’s ‘Money Back Guarantee’

The problem is that when I logged into my pay pal account in connection with an opened ebay case, I noticed that there is a box at the top which asks me to agree the refund, but I have already given her £10 for cleaning, which has not been deducted.  I will not click on the ‘send’ even if I lose the case, because I have already paid her a partial refund.   Pay pal must remove the amount and put in the correct one.

A buyer complained about an item she received. The item ended 9/9/2016.  She said there was another stain other than the one in the photo.

As a gesture of goodwill, I refunded her £10 from the original transaction to have the item cleaned on 23/9/2016.  She accepted it, saying she appreciated it.  The garment was listed at 8% of what I paid for it.  God knows what it will look like if I get it back.  It is used.  The only reason for selling it is because I cannot fasten the buttons any more.  It is reversilble and the buttons are on both sides, back to back.  All it had was a small mark on one cuff which I highlighted.

Today she opened a case for a complete refund of sale price and return postage.  It has put my pay pal account on hold, but I don’t mind that as I have had enough of ebay.
