eBay PP Tracking not accurate. Packet delivered, they say not received by the carrier? Pay held up!


    A shipment to the UK has been delivered to the buyer and positive feedback recieved.


Ebay’s tracking has been saying for 15 days, ‘seller has provided a tracking # but the


shipment has not reached the carrier’. Therefore I can’t access the payment from PayPal.


Pay Pal also lists no Tracking information even though  the parcel was sent by Regisered


Air Mail!  How do I fix this? Neither PP or eBay lets you just send them an email. Why??  Siam Roger.
