Error in adding bank

Hi,

 

Everytime I try to add my bank account I receive this error message:

 

“We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date.”

 

 

Why? Why it could work “a later date” and not now?

I need to add my bank, please can someone help me?

 

I need it badly.
